In Memoriam:

Ch. Taralon Southern Belle, ROM

(Ch. CooDeeFoo Southern Venture X Ch. Red Lion's Caliente)

Bred by Ms. J. Ann Vincent of Taralon  fame.  Belle's mother is a daughter of Am./Can. Ch. Knolland Red  Rover.  Belle finished her title at the Savannah, Georgia shows in 2002 by going BOW under judge Bill Cunningham.  Thanks Mr. Cunningham.  Our appreciation also to Charlotte Patterson and Bob Moore for Belle's major wins!!!

Bred to Ch. Starfrost Hot Summer Night, Belle produced Ch. CooDeeFoo Coosawhatchie & BISS Ch. CooDeeFoo Red River- five majors.  These boys are pictured on the Homebred Champions  pages.

Later ,bred to Ch. Tao Regency Top Banjo, she produced Ch. CooDeeFoo Whole Lotta Love and Ch. CooDeeFoo Misty Morning.  This qualified her as a ROM bitch.

Ch. CooDeeFoo Christmas Wish

(Ch. CooDeeFoo Summer Storm ROM X CooDeeFoo Rani Arabella)

Rojo was the product of a half brother/ half sister

mating on Ch. Starfrost Wily Waciana, ROM.

“Rojo” finished with three majors.

He was the sixth champion produced by his sire,

Ch. CooDeeFoo Summer Storm, and the second champion

for his dam, CooDeeFoo Rani Arabella.

We thank, Mrs. Barbara Alderman, Mrs. Charlotte Patterson,

and Mr. David Kirkland for his major wins.

Rest in Peace

  Ch. CooDeeFoo Southern Venture, ROM

(Lotusgrange Cee You Soon X Ch. Prima Crown Kate Zoe)

Finished with all points from the Bred By Exhibitor Class.

Our first Bred By Exhibitor champion.

Proved himself as a superior sire!!!  Seven champion offspring!!!

Sadly left us on 10/25/10...He was stubborn, stoic and regal even in death.  His passing marks the end of an era.

Ch. Starfrost Hot Summer Night, ROM

Sadly, "Chaser" died unexpectedly on the night of 3-10-11. He was sired by our homebred Ch. CooDeeFoo Summer Solstice out of Starfrost Enchanting Eve. He was bred by Mrs. Elizabeth Pedery of Starfrost Pekingese and was owner handled by us to his title, only placing less than first place in his class on one occasion.   He finished his title with back to back majors on the competitive Perry Georgia circuit, with the last major win, being BOW for a 5pt. major at the Pekingese Club of Georgia Specialty Show under toy expert, Desmond Murphy. Chaser made entering the show ring a pleasure. He was a R.O.M. sire, even though he was only bred sparingly to our bitches and the bitches of a couple of close friends. He was a happy, placid boy.  His bright spirit will be greatly missed.

Lotusgrange Cee You Soon

(Eng. Ch. Play it Again of Lotusgrange X a daughter of Eng. Ch. Byrondora of Lotusgrange) Imported from May Robertshaw in England.  "Dillon" was the sire of our Ch. CooDeeFoo Southern Venture.

My first show dog, Starfrost Studly Clint.  Shown winning the breed on our first try in the ring. I didn't know how to groom or dress for dog shows, yet  :)!!  When I left the ring the red sweater was soaking wet.  I wasn't sure what I had won until I called Lib Pedery and told her what color my ribbon was !!! I still remember a well known, German handler storming from the ring cursing about D____ novices winning with pets :)!!

Starfrost Diva Darling... another gift from Lib Pedery...  She reminds us of the Starfrost Parti Dragonella that we owned many years ago...

The late Starfrost Parti Dragonella, a bitch of incomparable beauty and true Pekingese charm!!!
